• Koala Essentials is built for merchants with an active Online Store and theme-based storefront.
• Public support pages are currently available in English.
• Merchants must use the app only on stores they control or are authorized to manage.
• Merchants are responsible for the product content, storefront theme, and published offers they configure through the app.

Charges are billed through Shopify, and merchants can cancel or change their plan from inside the app through Shopify-managed billing.

• Charges are processed through Shopify, not directly by Koala Essentials.
• Merchants can change or cancel their plan from inside the app through the Shopify billing flow.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case through support, and approved app-charge refunds are handled through Shopify billing or the original payment processor.

• Keep Shopify permissions, product data, and storefront theme access current.
• Review storefront placements and published offer details before relying on them in a live store.
• Do not use the app to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Contact support if a billing, installation, or privacy issue needs investigation.

We may update Koala Essentials to improve reliability, comply with Shopify requirements, refine merchant workflows, or maintain app security. Public terms and support information should stay aligned with the current service.
